THE ASSESSMENT OF 'CITRA PELAYANAN PRIMA TINGKAT NASIONAL'; (NATIONAL TOP SERVICE IMAGE) 2008

After passing the assessment of Regional Coordinating Agency (BAKORWIL), Malang city represented by Dinas Perijinan kota Malang (Malang legal permit instance) succeed to go to the assessment in the central government on the “CITRA PELAYANAN PRIMATINGKAT NASIONAL”. The assessor team that consist of 5 judges was officially welcomed by Malang government in the meeting room of Government office on Wednesday (0/8) at 7.00pm.
The head of organizational division of Malang Government Drs. Abdul Malik, M.Pd said that there were 5 assessor teams for East Java. Malang city will be assessed by team III with Koeshardo, KS as the head and 3 members who are Roy V.Salomo, Ismoyarto, Yusuf Sarbini, and one assistant, Sunaryo.
“There are two stages of assessment; the first one is direct assessment like we are doing now with visiting the place or object services. And the second one is final decision (Pantuki or penentuan akhir).” Said the head of assessor team, Koeshardo, KS.
On today (Thursday) the team will do the direct assessment to Malang legal permit instance on jl. Achmad Yani. There are five aspects on the assessment of this top service image competition, which are service, the appearance of servers, facilities and infrastructures, service process and comment of customers (through interview).
